General Policies
Mugs will be available in limited stock, with A- and B-grade varieties when I restock them. B-grade mugs are functionally the same as A-grades, but have small cosmetic imperfections due to glaze running during the firing. There will be a variable number of B-grades available.
All updates on product availability and progress will come through my twitter, bluesky, or the emailing list.
Shipping Info [US ONLY]
At the latest, expect orders to ship out three months after the order date.
You will receive an email with your package tracking number once it is shipped.
Mugs will ship in 6 x 6 x 6 inch boxes. Coasters will ship in 5 x 5 x 3 inch boxes. If a mug and a coaster are ordered together, they will ship in the same box. Shipping prices are based on items ordered and number of items ordered.
All ceramic items will be carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and paper to prevent breakage en route, and will arrive with a printed, abridged version of the "Product Info" section.
Refund Policies
WHEN YOUR ITEM ARRIVES, I would highly encourage taking a full, uncut unboxing video. In the event of broken items, please email me with the video and we can discuss a refund. Please note that I will be unable to refund any shipping cost. If only the freebie coaster arrives broken (highly unlikely, if one item breaks it's very likely the rest are broken too) I cannot offer any amount of refunding.
In the event your package is provably lost in transit, I can only offer a partial refund.
I will do my absolute best to make sure everything is packaged carefully and securely to ensure there is no breakage en route (after all, it is my artwork and I do not wish to see it damaged either!).
For all queries and refund requests, email me directly at mapletine1@gmail.com.

FOOD SAFETY ASSURANCE
All glazes used on wares are non-toxic (Coyote White from Coyote Clay & Color, Ashley's Best from Trinity Ceramic Supply).
Mugs have been successfully stress tested using the boiling water : ice water test, a test used in industrial settings to evaluate the integrity of a ware and its potential for crazing.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
The mugs are microwave and dishwasher safe. For longevity, please handwash. Avoid leaving highly acidic drinks in them for long periods of time, and wash thoroughly after each use, as you would any other piece of dishware.
The chance of this occurring is very low, but if you notice signs of crazing (hairline cracks just along the glazed surface) on the interior of the mug, please stop use immediately. Feel free to read this article on glaze crazing if you'd like more detailed info. I hope you enjoy using your mug!
